In this case, if a WiFi service provider using the Seara Platform wishes to use such information for marketing activities such as email marketing, the service provider must obtain consent from the data owner in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.
The User authorizes the Seara Platform to use their personal data if there is an event that requires legal action.
