Users agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering for the system. The platform supports registration via Email, Phone Number, Facebook Account, and Line Account. By registering, users consent to the collection of their data for identity verification (Authentication) purposes in compliance with the Computer-Related Crime Act B.E. 2560 (2017).

2. Personal Data Protection (Privacy & PDPA)

Purpose: Your data will be collected and stored solely for identity verification (Authentication) to access the Wi-Fi service. Marketing: Should the service provider intend to use your data for marketing purposes (e.g., Email Marketing), the provider must obtain separate explicit consent from you in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

Data Disclosure: The Company will not disclose your personal data to third parties, except in the following cases:

Explicit consent has been granted by the user.
Disclosure is required for legal proceedings or requested by government authorities acting under legal mandate.

Users agree not to use the Wi-Fi service for any illegal activities or purposes that violate public order or good morals. While the Company implements appropriate security standards for data storage, users acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with transmitting and receiving data over the internet.

5. Amendments to Terms

The Company reserves the right to change, modify, or supplement these Terms and Conditions as deemed appropriate to ensure compliance with future legal requirements and regulations.
